Hot tub disappointment

The room was nice and spacious, providing a comfortable place to unwind after a busy day. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful with local recommendations.

However, the hot tub was out of service, which was a major reason we chose this hotel. It was covered with duct tape, leaving us disappointed and frustrated.

Great stay with smooth service

We had a very clean and spacious room that worked perfectly for our group. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, which made our travel plans easier. However, I did find that the absence of vending machines on our floor was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is centrally located, making trips to the Toledo Zoo super easy for the kids, who were thrilled to see all the animals. The fitness center had a Peloton bike, which was a nice bonus for the adults. Plus, our room was spacious and tidy, perfect for our family and pet.

My kids wished for a small playground area outside.

The hotel has good hot water and A/C! Rooms were clean & well maintained. Great parking in a secure area.

We had a great stay with friends! The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to visit the Toledo Zoo and explore nearby attractions. Just a heads up though, the bistro doesn't offer breakfast items which was a bit inconvenient.

When we checked in, the staff didn't seem very welcoming, which dampened the experience a little. I expected a friendlier greeting.

The cheerful decor in the lobby made me feel so welcome, like a warm embrace! Everything was so clean, even the seating areas for relaxing were inviting. Very easy for seniors to navigate too.

More handrails in the bathrooms, please.

I stayed for one night in a spacious room with two queen beds, and I loved the clean and updated interior. However, I found the bed too firm for my liking.

The queen room was a nice size, offering fresh decor and comfort that made for a pleasant stay. The cheerful design in the public areas contributed to an inviting atmosphere, and I particularly enjoyed the salmon served during the meal. However, the coffee bar had limited hours, and some communication regarding amenities could be improved. Despite this, the night's stay was enjoyable and met expectations.

The advertised hot tub was not in service, completely taped off, which led to some disappointment since it was a primary reason for choosing this hotel. Additionally, the noise levels were problematic, particularly with groups of unsupervised children running amok late into the night, making it tough to relax. A more effective management of group bookings would help shield individual guests from potential chaos.
